Last year EC DEVCO/ESS launched a reflection on methods and techniques to do Evaluation in Hard-to-Reach Areas, including in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Countries. Our CEO, François Dupaquier, was one of the speakers. More than 5,000 people participated face-to-face or via webcast, online and offline.
