François Dupaquier is an International Law graduate specialist in humanitarian, context and political assessment, research and analysis and has more than 16 years of experience.
As an International consultant, François has extensive experience overseeing large-scale assessment and research projects in more than 20 countries and has worked closely with dozens of NGOs and multilateral and bilateral agencies, on humanitarian issues, post-conflict recovery and reconstruction, aid policy and strategy.
He is a lecturer at the law university of Aix-en-Provence and teaches on need and project assessment and International Humanitarian Law.
In addition, he is the founder and manager of FrontView. As a scriptwriter and a movie director he has been awarded in various International festivals and widely screened on international TVs.
