ConsultingThe Danish Refugee Council (DRC) entrusted us to evaluate their large-scale distribution programme for 170,000 Syrian beneficiaries in Lebanon in order to assess the relevance of its implementation and support their programme.
The DRC distribution programme targeting 120,000 Syrian refugees in Lebanon included non-food and winterization items (separate kits), as well as the provision of WFP food vouchers. Funded by various international financial supporters up to 20 million euros per year, this project was facing many challenges. FrontView assessed distribution methods and the supply chain to provide improvement recommendations and reconcile logistical data.
