ConsultingWe have been to CAR for an internal audit consultancy on medical projects implemented by the NGO Alima and funded by ECHO
The projet funded by ECHO for 1,05 millions Euros was signed with La Chaine de l’Espoir and implemented with its partner Alima.
The aim of the internal audit was to establish a report on the respect of the financial convention with ECHO to check if all expenses done by Alima were eligible. The expected results were :
- Expense eligibility inventory and appreciation
- The potential financial risk is appreciated and estimated
- An inventory on the financial management of the misson is done
- Recommendations are produced to imrpove the situation
- An action plan is drawn
