U-Saved-Connect is the test phase of the FrontView-Connect project
The test phase enabled us to test the feasibility of the project and validate the initial functionalities of the reporting platform. It constituted a functional prototype that we will now reinforce and automate in Phase 1.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Anonymized photographs
- Photos taken of beneficiaries, blurred to guarantee anonymity.
- Photos sorted and dated by project.
Data collection
- Use of KOBO tool to collect field data
- A first version of the database was set up to record beneficiary information.
Development of interactive dashboards
- Total number of beneficiaries
- Percentage of children, women and men among beneficiaries
- Types of items distributed
- Number of items distributed
- Location of activities
Project visualization
The platform allowed you to view a complete list of current projects, including :
- The funders associated with each project.
- The various activities carried out in each project.
- Databases and dashboards.
- Interactive mapping of the entire project, enabling users to visualize the geographical distribution of actions.
Access accounts for private donors
Although the possibility of dedicated accounts for donors has been planned, these accounts have not yet been activated during the test phase.
