ConsultingIn the context of an emergency intervention in Ukraine, FrontView helped U-Saved to structure and formalise its internal procedures in order to strengthen the rigour and transparency of its management. Over a period of three years, we developed a complete set of standardised procedures covering administrative aspects (SAP – Standard Administrative Procedures) and operational aspects (SOP – Standard Operational Procedures). The support also covered the implementation of financial management tools, contract management, clarification of validation circuits, strengthening of reporting practices, and training of local teams in donor requirements. This mission was part of a strategy of organisational consolidation, to support the growing capacity of the NGO U-Saved, which operates in a complex and volatile environment.
