Who is he?
Graduated in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, François Dupaquier has spent more than twenty years working on contemporary crises, humanitarian transformations and conflict dynamics.
He is the founder of FrontView, an independent practice focused on strategic analysis, international evaluation and advisory services for humanitarian organizations, public donors and international institutions operating in crisis, stabilization and development contexts.
Over the past heighteen years, he has led and supervised evaluations, organizational audits, context analyses and applied research projects across more than twenty countries.
