Julien Bessi is a certified public accountant and auditor. Julien specializes in conducting accounting audits in various sectors, particularly in the humanitarian field, by evaluating non-profit and non-governmental organizations.
In 2021, Julien created the accounting cooperative PHLOEM, whose shares are shared, among others, with François Dupaquier, FrontView director. This collaboration since 2020 is in line with their desire to support the improvement of humanitarian response in countries in situations of extreme fragility through the development of operational, financial and accounting tools.
