Mission audit and strategic support, Pakistan

Client: Première Urgence International
Period: December 2007
Duration: 30 days
Deliverables: mission report & recommendations

As part the various activities carried out by Première Urgence International, the NGO called upon FrontView to review the relevance of actions implemented and make necessary recommendations on the prospects of the mission for the next two years.

The NGO developed projects in various areas and various crises such as the 2005 Kashmir earthquake and the 2007 Sindh flood. At an operational turning point, the very nature of operations changed from emergency relief to reconstruction and development. A transitional operation plan, mainly regarding financial supporters, was developed in order for the NGO to initiate the transition of its programmes and start working on withdrawal and handover at a local level.
