Expertise France (EF) commissioned FrontView to conduct a feasibility study of the rehabilitation of the Medical Research and Care Center at the University of Mosul’s campus.

As part of the Minka Initiative of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), this feasibility study’s primary focus is the Medical Research and Care Center of the UoM. Through the financing and training of medical personnel and equipment, its rehabilitation would aim at improving access to quality and accessible healthcare services for the population of the Ninewah Governorate, Iraq. FrontView has conducted this study with data collection and analysis and field missions in Iraq.
