The Crisis and Support Center, through its Mission for Humanitarian Action, which coordinates the State’s emergency humanitarian response and its Stabilization Mission, that accompanies the crisis resolution processes, is a key partner of French humanitarian organizations . The CDCS sees its budgets increase, as its need for more accountability of their projects. As such, the CDCS wanted to have a project evaluation capacity which resulted in a request to FrontView Conseil for an independent rapid assessments of actions in the Middle east and on the 3 following areas : Finance management, Efficiency / Effectiveness, Security
