The evaluation was carried out in three refugee camps in Hilaweyn, Kobe and Melkadida (120,000 people) to assess the impact of HCR programmes.

FrontView was in charge of the overall coordination and implementation of the assessment on a sample of 1,100 households through the collection of questionnaires on tablet computers by 30 enumerators.
