The Chain of Hope is a partner of ECHO for the organisation of several orthopedic and cardiac surgery missions in favor of children and young adults, victims of the Syrian conflict and who have no access to these essential and sometimes vital health services.
The NGO has asked us to bring our expertise in order to have an overview of the way the program was managed and to implement the necessary project management tools mainly in the field of assessment and monitoring.
