Proposal development, hospital in Sinjar, Iraq

During Q1 of 2021, FrontView has been commissioned by La Chaîne de l’Espoir for the development and writing of a concept note and proposal for the “Sinjar Hospital Project” in Iraq.

This mission is part of the project to build and equip the First Unit of the Sinjar Hospital in Iraq, funded by the CDCS and the Madad fund. In this regard, FrontView developed a concept note and a proposal to inform the donors about the project. In more detail, FrontView’s work focused on:

• Analysis of the health and sanitary context in Sinjar;
• Liability matters;
• Risks analysis;
• SWOT analysis of the project;
• Etc.
