In line with the Iraq’s Reconstruction and Development Framework, Expertise France supports the Iraqi authorities to tackle some of the underlying social and economic drivers, with youth unemployment as the top priority of the people and public authorities. EF asked FrontView to support a risk analysis for the projects development, including the development of maps, and design a contingency plan.

  • A context analysis of EF intervention zones (Baghdad, Souleimaniye, Nineveh governorate, especially the city of Mosul and the west of the governorate).
